The opening program consists of three parts: "Greetings from the coastal city," "Where the elite converge" and "Smile of Halong".

This program combines Song - Dance - Music – performed both on stage and along approximately 1 km of road, with the participation of over 2,700 professional and amateur actors coming from both inside and outside of Vietnam, and also a low level fireworks performance.

Halong Tourism Week is the most spectacular celebration of in Halong which captivates large number of local and international tourists.
