To get to Halong Bay by water way, tourists can travel by ferry or by vessel. From Binh Ferry, embark a ferry transfer in around 2-3 hours to Halong Bay.

Otherwise, you can take the daily high-speed hydrofoil between Bai Chay and Mong Cai. Besides, there are hydrofoils running between Halong - Hai Phong.
Tip: If you worry about seasick, you should travel by ferry although it will take you more time.
