What is the maximum time to book cruises in Halong Bay?

It is possible to book just a couple of days before visiting Halong Bay but I really don't recommend it your best pricing will be about a month before the cruise

If you are wanting to go during school holidays you have to book early or you simply wont get a deal. There also aren’t many three or four berth cabins. If you are a family or large party again book early to save disappointment.

For large groups, it can make sense to book up to one year in advance, if the Halong Bay cruise line will allow it.
