Hi, I thought of getting a cruise trip on 29 November 2017. would like to find out the following: 1) Can the pick up be done from a hotel from West lake side (Intercontinental or Sheraton) but drop off at a hotel near the Old quarters (Hotel De L'Opera Hanoi, MGallery By Sofitel or Hanoi La Siesta Diamond Hotel & Spa)? I have not booked my hotels as I am not sure whether the company does pickups and drop offs from the above hotels. How much will that cost? 2) Can we bring our luggage on board or only day bags are allowed? 3) I intend to bring my 75 year old mother along. Are the activities tedious? Can she opt to stay onboard if so? Hope to hear from you soon! Thank you!

Yes, shuttle bus can pick you up from Intercontinental or Sheraton and drop you off at a hotel near the Old Quarters. Transfer costs US$40/person for sharing luxury van round trip 2. Yes, you can bring your luggage on board 3. Please note Orchid cruise is very suitable for senior people as almost time is for relaxing. The time for activity is just about 30 - 45 minutes and if your mother does not like it, you can surely stay on boat instead. Should other information needed, please feel free to let me know.
